The Lovat Arms Hotel was designed for Christmas. The atmosphere created by the open log fire, arched ceilings along with the friendly informal service and fun ensures we share the enjoyment of this very special time of year with you.

(Pearls of Melon Mascarade with red berries, served in a Galia melon crown, garnished with refreshing shredded mint and Star Anise scented syrup)
Oak Smoked Salmon Cheesecake
(Fragrant Oak Smoked Salmon gently folded into our famous cheesecake, surrounded with baby leafs and a citrus lemon and lime crème fraiche)
Chicken Liver Parfait
(Rich chicken liver parfait enhanced with brandy, accompanied by rowanberry, apple and pear chutney, with crispy Melba toast)

Roast Highland Sirloin of Beef
(Roast Highland sirloin of beef, thickly sliced and served with a red wine and wild mushroom sauce)
Brie and Broccoli Pithivier
(Steamed broccoli head bound with a herb cream sauce, enhanced with delicious Scottish brie, encased in a light crispy pastry, set on sweet red cabbage)
