Tuesday 30th December 2008
Arrive and settle into your room and enjoy afternoon tea in the Garden Room. Join your fellow guests for an evening cocktail reception with canapés followed by a delicious Dinner including wine to complement the specially selected menu.

Wednesday 31st December 2008
Enjoy a hearty Scottish Country Breakfast before exploring the countryside, or walking in the village.
Return to a welcoming afternoon tea by the fireside before preparing for the big night ahead.
Heed the call of the piper and join fellow guests for Champagne Cocktails and canapés at 7pm prior to the Candle lit Dinner created by Chef Carl Reid and his team
Entertainment will be provided by a traditional Ceilidh Duo after dinner.

At "The Bells" a dram will be served to welcome in the New Year and dancing will continue through until 1am. Stovies and Clootie Dumpling will be available for those who wish to partake.

Thursday 1st January 2009
Ne'er Day morning breakfast served at a leisurely pace with Bucks Fizz,

Relax with coffee or tea in the lounge or take a stroll by the river, walk, play games or join the hotel Treasure Hunt, arriving back in time for a light lunch.
A quieter evening with our Buffet Dinner,
