Fan of chilled galia melon with a raspberry coulis

Smoked chicken and asparagus salad with basil oil

The Main Course

Roasted loin of highland pork with sugar glazed apple

Seared Torachilty lamb chop with minted red wine jus

Pan fried breast of chicken napped with calvados cream sauce

Chilled scottish salmon with seasonal salad and sauce remoulade
