Duo of Melon Pearls St. Clements (v, g)
Marinated in a Clementine, Star Anise and Spearmint stock, edged with a refreshing lemon sorbet
Salmon and Prawn Rillettes
With horseradish crème fraiche, salad leaves and crispy homemade Melba toast
Warm Crispy Brie Wedge
Rolled in natural crumb, baby leafs and sided with an apple and cranberry compote

Thyme and butter basted roast turkey, accompanied with rich seasonal savoury stuffing, chipolata wrapped in bacon and served with traditional roast gravy
Oven Baked Halibut Supreme (g)
Brushed with fennel butter and served on a mussel and vermouth crème sauce
Roast Silverside of Highland Beef
Thickly sliced on Dauphinoise potato, garnished with a cauliflower and horseradish mousse, finished with a red wine gravy
Woodland Mushroom, Spinach and Blue Cheese Wellington (v)
Topped with a Thyme glaze, napped with a red pimento spiced sauce
